Grilled Australian Pork Belly Skewers
Tender and juicy pork belly skewers marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, and spices, then grilled to perfection.

- β500g Australian Pork Bellypreferably with skin
- β1 Roasted Red Peppersliced
- β2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tbsp Gingergrated
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βto taste Salt

Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.

Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
