Turkish Pide Bread with Hazelnut Topping

- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 cup hazelnutstoasted
- β2 tablespoons honey
- β1/2 teaspoon turkish pide spice blend

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes, until yeast is activated.

Add flour, salt, and Turkish pide spice blend to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
