Spicy Ethiopian Stir Fry

- β2 tablespoons spiced oiluse a mixture of olive and sesame oil with added spices
- β1 medium onion, diced onion
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon berbere spiceEthiopian spice blend

- βto taste black pepper

Instructions

Heat the spiced oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
