Croatian Pork Wrap
A delicious wrap filled with slow-cooked, richly flavored Croatian pork, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 (3 pound) piece Croatian pork shoulderBone-in for extra flavor
- ●2 Roasted red peppersSliced into strips
- ●1 large OnionSliced
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●2 teaspoons PaprikaHungarian-style

- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepperTo taste
- ●1 head Lamb's letuceChopped
- ●1 large WrapWhole wheat

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for 2 1/2 hours, or until tender.

While the pork is cooking, sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet until caramelized.

Add the roasted red peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Shred the cooked pork with two forks and add to the skillet.
