Uruguayan Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy Uruguayan-inspired stir fry made with rich flavors of beef and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g Uruguayan Beef (Ribeye)
- β2tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β1 OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 Bell PepperSliced
- β4 CarrotsSliced
- β2 TomatoDiced
- β2tsp Stir Fry Seasoning

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the stir fry seasoning.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the beef is coated in the seasoning.
