Thai Vegan Curry

- β2 cups Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β1 cup Brown Rice
- β1/4 cup Fresh Thai Basil
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
