Peking Beef Stir Fry
A classic Chinese stir-fry dish featuring tender beef, rich hoisin sauce, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Sliced Beef (Ribeye)
- β2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- β1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
- β2 Scallions
- β1 cup Baby Corn
- β1 Bell Peppers
- β2 inches Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Stir-Fry Oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of stir-fry oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your liking.

Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of stir-fry oil, sliced almonds, and minced ginger to the wok.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the almonds are lightly toasted.

Add the bell peppers and baby corn to the wok.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Return the cooked beef to the wok and stir in the hoisin sauce.
