Wagyu Gyudon Curry
A Japanese-Indian fusion dish featuring Wagyu beef in a rich curry sauce.

Ingredients
- β1 lb Wagyu beefthinly sliced
- β1 Onionthinly sliced
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 Red bell pepperthinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Japanese curry powder
- β1 tsp Garam masala
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1/2 tsp Turmeric
- βto taste Salt
- β2 cups Water
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.

Add red bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add Wagyu beef. Cook until browned.

Add curry powder, garam masala, cumin, and turmeric. Cook for 1 minute.

Add water and bring to a boil.
