Pan-Fried Chinese Spring Pancakes
A simple and delicious Chinese-inspired pancake recipe made with a mixture of flour, water, and bean paste.

- β1 cup spring water
- β2 cups french flour
- β1/4 cup, mashed pinto bean
- βto taste salt
- β2 tablespoons rich sesame oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add in the spring water and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Flatten each ball of dough into a thin circle.

Brush one side of each dough circle with the sesame oil.

Place a tablespoon of bean paste in the center of each dough circle.
