Rich and Hearty Irish Stew
A classic Irish stew recipe made with tender beef and vegetables, perfect for a cold winter's night. This stew is gluten-free and can be made in under an hour.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Rich Irish Stew Beef
- β1 medium Onion
- β6 slices Smoky BaconChopped
- β1 can (14.5 oz) Kidney BeansDrained and rinsed
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 large PotatoesDiced
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1 teaspoon Pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped bacon and cook until browned.
