Garlic Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful beef stir fry with garlic and a hint of Russian-inspired spices. Serve over rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β250g beef (sirloin or ribeye)Slice into thin strips
- β1 cup rich beef brothHomemade or store-bought
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Russian flat-leaf parsleyChopped
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry oilVegetable or peanut oil
- β2 eggs fryBeaten
- β saltTo taste
- β black pepperTo taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of stir-fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of stir-fry oil.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Add the chopped parsley and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Push the beef and sauce to one side of the skillet.

Add the beaten eggs to the other side and scramble until cooked through.
