Kielbasa and Vegetables Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired dish combining the flavors of kielbasa with stir-fried vegetables and a hint of polish flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons rich vegetable oil
- β1 medium, sliced onion
- β1 cup polish stew
- β1 medium, sliced bell pepper
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon, minced ginger
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 cup, sliced sugar snap peas

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the kielbasa and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the kielbasa from the skillet and set aside.
