Polish Avocado Tagine
A twist on traditional tagine, blending Polish flavors with creamy avocado. This dish is perfect for a unique dinner experience.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Rich Chicken Stockhomemade or store-bought
- β1 pound Polish Sausagesuch as kielbasa
- β3 Avocado
- β2 tablespoons Tagine Spice Blendstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the Polish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the tagine spice blend and cook for 1 minute.
