Beef Yakitori
A Japanese-inspired dish featuring grilled beef skewers, marinated in a sweet soy sauce mixture. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Mirin
- β2 tablespoons Sake
- β2 tablespoons Sugar
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β2 inches Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar to make the marinade.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well to coat.
