Chicken Curry
A flavorful and aromatic Malaysian-inspired dish featuring chicken in a rich curry sauce.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ●1 medium onionchopped

- ●2 tablespoons curry powder
- ●2 tablespoons curry paste
- ●1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- ●2 tablespoons fish sauce
- ●1 tablespoon sugar
- ●2 cups chicken broth

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
