Korean BBQ Pork Tacos
A fusion twist on traditional tacos, featuring Korean BBQ pork, crunchy slaw, and a sprinkle of cilantro. This dish is a flavorful and spicy combination of Mexican and Korean cuisines.

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and Korean chili flakes (if using). Add the sliced pork and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off. Cook the pork for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of the cooked pork onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of slaw mix, a sprinkle of green onions, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
