Rich Italian-Style Paneer Paella
A creamy, rich, and savory Italian twist on the classic Spanish paella dish, featuring paneer instead of seafood.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Italian Arborio Rice
- ●2 cups Canned Crushed Tomatoes
- ●2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1/4 cup Olive Oil
- ●8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Basil

Heat olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat.
