Lamb Piadina Wraps
A delicious Italian-inspired wrap filled with lamb and served with a rich sauce. This recipe is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β250g Lambground lamb
- β4-6 PiadinaItalian-style flatbread
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β100g Tomato Sauce
- β50g Mozzarella Cheeseshredded
- β1/4 cup Fresh Basilchopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add olive oil and sautΓ© the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the lamb and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
