Creamy Feta Pasta Bake
A rich and satisfying Italian-inspired pasta dish featuring orecchiette, feta cheese, and a creamy sauce.

- β8 oz feta cheesecrumbly
- β1 cup ricotta cheesewhole milk
- β2 tbsp unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the orecchiette pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add the crumbled feta cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, feta mixture, ricotta cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and dot the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
