Cheesy Samosa Casserole
A creamy, cheesy twist on traditional samosas. Rich, comforting and easy to make.
Ingredients
- β1 package (20-25 pieces) Samosas (homemade or store-bought)
- β1 cup Shredded Cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Open the package of samosas and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake the samosas for 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crispy.

While the samosas are baking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the garam masala and stir to combine.

Remove the samosas from the oven and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour the cheese sauce over the samosas and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
