Algerian Beef Quesadillas
A twist on traditional quesadillas, featuring rich, gooey Algerian beef filling wrapped in crispy tortillas.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Algerian beef filling
- β4 Tortillas
- β1 cup shredded Rich, gooey cheese
- β1/2 cup Chopped onion
- β2 cloves Minced garlic
- β1 tsp Ground cumin
- β1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1/4 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black pepper

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the ground cumin and smoked paprika, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Algerian beef filling and cook until heated through.

In a separate pan or griddle, warm the tortillas over medium heat.

Assemble the quesadillas by spooning the beef filling onto half of each tortilla, and topping with shredded cheese.

Fold the tortillas in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
