Pan-Fried Chinese-Style Pork Dumplings
Crispy on the bottom and tender on the inside, these Chinese-style pork dumplings are a delicious and satisfying meal. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground pork
- β20-24 wrappers Dumpling wrappers (ukrainian)
- β2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 bunch Scallionschopped
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Rich soy saucefor serving
- β1 teaspoon Fluffy sesame oilfor serving

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, scallions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

2. Lay a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper.

3. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along the edge of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper into a half-moon shape and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.

4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and pork mixture.

5. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

6. Add the dumplings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy on the bottom.

7. Serve the dumplings hot with a drizzle of rich soy sauce and a sprinkle of fluffy sesame oil.
