Rich Chicken Wrap

- β1 dutch wrap
- β2 tbsp rich sauce (see note)see note
- β1 cup lettuce
- β1 cup tomatoes
- β1/2 cup onion
- β1/2 cup cheese (shredded)

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced onion.

Add the grilled chicken to the bowl and toss to combine.

Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spread the rich sauce on the wrap, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Add the chicken and vegetable mixture on top of the sauce.
