Slovakian Frittata
A traditional Slovakian breakfast dish with a rich, creamy twist. This frittata is perfect for a weekend morning.
Ingredients

- β1 pound, sliced Slovakian Sausage
- β1 medium, chopped Onions
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup, sliced Mushrooms
- β1/2 cup Rich Cream
- β1 cup, shredded Slovakian Cheese (e.g. Bryndza)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the sliced Slovakian sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, rich cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sausage and vegetables in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the shredded Slovakian cheese on top.

Return the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
