Portuguese Seafood Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew from Portugal, packed with succulent seafood and rich flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Cod FilletsFresh, skin removed
- β1/2 pound ShrimpFresh, deveined
- β1 cup MusselsFresh, scrubbed clean
- β1 large OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 cup White WineDry
- β2 cups Fish StockHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Tomato PasteHigh-quality
- β2 tablespoons Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Scrape the bottom of the pot to release any browned bits.

Add the fish stock, tomato paste, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
