Pork Skewers with Polish Salsa
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring marinated pork skewers served with a tangy and spicy Polish salsa. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- ●500g pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- ●2 tbsp rich soy sauce
- ●1 tbsp buttery brown sugar
- ●1 tbsp polish apple cider vinegar
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 tsp grated ginger
- ●1 tsp black pepper
- ●10-12 skewers
- ●1 cup polish salsasee below for recipe

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the pork is cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare the Polish salsa by mixing together 1 cup of chopped fresh cilantro, 1/2 cup of diced red onion, 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped, 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp of Dijon mustard.
