Borscht Ukrainian Fish Soup
A hearty and comforting soup originating from Ukraine, made with a variety of fish and vegetables. Perfect for a cold winter day.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fish Fillets (Cod or Tilapia)Cut into bite-sized pieces
- β4 cups Revitalizing BrothUse a store-bought or homemade broth
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 medium CarrotsChopped
- β2 medium PotatoesDiced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 tablespoon DillChopped fresh dill

Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped carrots and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to flake.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chopped fresh dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
