Crispy Filipino Pancit
A popular Filipino stir-fry noodle dish made with thin Canton-style noodles and a variety of vegetables.

- β1 package (8 oz) Canton-style noodles
- β1 medium head, thinly sliced Cabbage
- β2 tbsp Filipino-style stir-fry sauce
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh green onions

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it starts to soften.

Add the stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok or skillet and stir-fry everything together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the pancit to a serving platter or individual plates.
