Classic Cheeseburger
A simple yet delicious homemade burger recipe featuring a juicy beef patty, melted cheese, and fresh toppings.

- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β4 burger bunssoft and fresh

- β1 head iceberg lettuceshredded

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Form the ground beef into 4 equal sized patties.

Season the patties with salt and pepper.

Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 63Β°C (145Β°F).

Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill.

Assemble the burgers by spreading garlic mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a slice of cheese, a few slices of tomato, and finally the shredded lettuce.
