British-Style Radiant Chicken Bowl
A hearty, flavorful dish featuring chicken cooked in a radiant British-style sauce, served over a bed of rice in a bowl.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp radiant saucesee notes
- β1 tsp british spicesa mix of thyme and rosemary
- β1 cup riceuncooked
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 bowllarge
- β2 cups water
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
