Boudin and Blanc Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious bowl dish featuring boudin and a side of creamy blanc sauce.
Ingredients
- β250g boudinCajun-style sausage
- β150g blancWhite rice
- β1 bunch racyMixed greens
- β2 tbsp olive oilFor cooking
- β1 tbsp lemon juiceFor dressing

- βto taste pepper
- β1 clove garlicMinced
- β1 cup cherry tomatoesHalved

Cook the blanc according to the package instructions.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the boudin and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to release their juices.

To assemble the bowl, place a scoop of cooked blanc on the bottom, followed by a slice of cooked boudin.

Top the boudin with a spoonful of mixed greens and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
