Cheonggukjang Umami Stew

- β2 inches Gingersliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 (for garnish) Mille feuille

Instructions

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
