Vietnamese Grilled Pork with Sweet Simmered Nems

- β6 slices Guanciale
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Honey
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β2 inches Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
