Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

- β4 tortillasflour or corn
- β1 teaspoon mexican seasoningor to taste
- β1 tablespoon olive oilfor brushing tortillas
- β1 cup salsaoptional for serving
- β1/2 cup sour creamoptional for serving
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantrooptional for garnish
