Pak Choi Quiche
A Japanese-inspired quiche recipe featuring pak choi and quiet ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch Pak Choi
- β1 pre-made Quiche CrustYou can use a homemade crust if you prefer
- β1 block Silken Tofu
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the quiche crust and place it in a pie dish.

In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the pak choi and cook until wilted.

In a blender, combine the silken tofu, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Pour the tofu mixture into the pie crust and top with the cooked pak choi.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
