Slovakian Pudding
A traditional Slovakian dessert made with a silky pudding topped with a sweet fruit compote.

Ingredients
- β250ml slovakian creamheavy cream or substitute
- β100g sugar
- β4 egg yolks
- β100g fraisfresh berries or substitute
- β100g puddinghomemade or store-bought

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine 250ml of Slovakian cream, 100g of sugar, and 4 egg yolks.

Whisk the mixture and cook over medium heat until it thickens.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Stir in 100g of fresh frais and mix well.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.
