Thai-Style Grilled Pork
A quick and flavorful grilled pork dish inspired by Thai cuisine, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Pork shoulder
- β2 tbsp Fish sauce
- β1 tsp Palm sugar
- β2 cloves Grated ginger
- β1 Grilled chili pepper
- β1/4 cup Coconut milk
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1/4 cup Toasted peanuts
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- βto taste Salt

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, palm sugar, and grated ginger.

3. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder, making sure to coat it evenly.

4. Place the pork on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F.

5. While the pork is cooking, combine coconut milk, lime juice, and toasted peanuts in a small bowl.
