Quick French Larb Mozzarella
A fusion twist on the classic French tartine, featuring a tangy and savory Thai-inspired larb topping made with quickly fermented ingredients.
Ingredients
- β8 ounces Mozzarella cheese
- β1 cup Quickly fermented red cabbagestore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Thai basil
- β1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes
- β1/4 teaspoon Fish sauce (optional)optional for added umami flavor
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Slice the mozzarella cheese into thin rounds.

Place the cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and melted.
