Quick Turkish-Style Lamb Doner Kebab
A simplified version of the classic Turkish dish, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe uses thinly sliced lamb and a flavorful spice blend to create a delicious and tender kebab.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the Quick Turkish spice blend and olive oil.
