- β1 cup quick oatsold fashioned oats
- β1/2 cup sugargranulated sugar
- β2 eggslarge eggs
- β1/4 cup butterunsalted butter, softened
- β1 tsp baking powdersodium-free baking powder

- β1 cup peanutschopped peanuts, roasted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream peanut butter, sugar, and butter until smooth.
