Mexican-Style Pan-Seared Fish with Ochazuke Rice
A fusion dish combining Mexican flavors with Japanese ochazuke rice, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

- β4 servings, 6 oz each Fish fillet (tilapia or cod)
- β2 cups cooked Ochazuke rice
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1 tsp ground Cumin
- β1 tsp Chili powder
- β2 cloves minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β Salt
- β Black pepper
- β Fresh cilantrochopped, for garnish

1. Prepare ochazuke rice according to package instructions.

2. In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and garlic.

3. Season fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
