Thai Jamaican Chicken Curry

- β2 spring onionschopped
- β2 tablespoons jamaican curry powder
- β1 cup quick curry sauce
- β1/2 cup coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon salt

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
