Roasted Syrian Reblochon Gratin
A rich and creamy reblochon gratin infused with the flavors of roasted syrian, topped with a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- ●300g Reblochon cheesesoft-ripened
- ●1/4 cup Roasted Syriancaramelized
- ●1 sheet Quick puff pastrythawed
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 sprigs Fresh thymechopped

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a bowl, mix reblochon cheese, roasted Syrian, garlic, and thyme.

Transfer the cheese mixture to one half of the pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border.

Brush the edges with water and fold the other half over the filling.

Crimp the edges to seal and cut a few slits in the top.

Brush the top with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Increase oven temperature to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
