Polish Kebab Skewers

Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork ShoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium OnionCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 medium Bell PepperCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 medium ZucchiniCut into 1-inch slices
- β2 tablespoons Quick Cooking OilFor brushing skewers
- β1 cup Marinade (see below)

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread pork, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers.
