Peruvian Ceviche
A classic Peruvian dish made with fresh seafood marinated in citrus juices.

Ingredients
- β2 cups Peruvian ceviche mix (including lime juice, garlic, and aji amarillo peppers)
- β1 pound Fresh halibut
- β1/2 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- β2 Fresh aji amarillo peppersthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Cut the halibut into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

Add the ceviche mix, red onion, aji amarillo peppers, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
