Thai Cheese Quesadilla
A fusion of Thai and Mexican flavors, this cheesy quesadilla is a unique twist on traditional cuisine.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Quick Melted Cheese
- β4 oz Portuguese Cheese
- β4 large Quesadilla
- β2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1/4 cup Fresh Basil
- β1/4 cup Sliced Chilies
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Place a quesadilla in the skillet and sprinkle with Thai red curry paste.

Top with a slice of Portuguese cheese and a sprinkle of quick melted cheese.

Fold the quesadilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also crispy and the cheese is melted.

Repeat with the remaining quesadillas.

Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
