Grilled Sausage with Braised Sauerkraut and Couscous
A classic German dish featuring grilled sausage, tangy sauerkraut, and fluffy couscous.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Couscous
- β2 cups Sauerkraut
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β2 tablespoons Butter

1. Grill the Bratwurst over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
