Keto Thai Chicken Skewers
A spicy and flavorful Thai-inspired dish, perfect for a keto diet. Marinate chicken in a mixture of zesty citrus and chili, then grill to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp fresh lime juicefor marinating
- β1 tsp chili flakesfor added heat
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor grilling
- β2 chili pepperssliced
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped, for garnish
