Spicy Korean Tteokguk Soup
A hearty and spicy Korean rice cake soup, made with tteokguk, a traditional Korean ingredient. This recipe is perfect for a cold winter's day.

- β200g tobaggo tteokguk
- β4 cups water
- β2 tsp korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp sesame oil
- β1 tsp salt

Instructions

Combine tteokguk and water in a large pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add chili flakes, soy sauce, green onions, garlic, sesame oil, and salt.
