Quick Ugali with K and Maize

- β1 cup kchopped
- β1 cup maizegrated

Instructions

Boil 2 cups of water in a large pot.

Add 1 cup of quick ugali flour and stir to combine.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

Transfer the ugali to a serving plate.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1 cup of chopped k and cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
